Teddy Bear Clinic

Teddy bears with boo-boos and stuffed animals with scrapes are invited to come with their little human friends to a Teddy Bear Clinic presented by the Virginia Zoo and Pediatric Specialists, a Children’s Medical Group Practice of CHKD. Kids will learn about medical care in a fun, comforting setting, while doctors and nurses stitch, splint, weigh and care for their beloved toys.   

Horticulture Open House

Come learn our secrets for your success. Enjoy presentations by the Zoo staff and Master Gardeners who make our spectacular gardens grow. The family fun also includes entertainment and face painting.
