Information: The Virginia Zoo is open every day of
the year from 10am - 5pm, except:
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Year's Day

- $7.00 for adults
- $6.00 for Senior
Citizens 62 and over
- $5.00 for children
ages 2-11
- Children under
2 are free
- Parking is free

- Concessions, and
strollers are available throughout the year.
- Picnic areas outside

- The Zoo provides
handicapped accessible facilities.
- No pets are permitted
in the Zoo except for service animals.

Gift
Shops: The Safari Shop offers visitors a variety of
gifts, quality collectibles, educational toys and books, which
stimulate people of all ages interested in animals and the environment.
All proceeds from gift shops support the Zoo. For more information,

Restaurants
and Catering: The African Village Restaurant serves
a variety of beverages and specialty sandwiches, funnel cakes,
French fries and more. The restaurant is located in Africa and
provides visitors with the opportunity to sit, relax and enjoy
the savannah scene while enjoying the comforts of tasty food.
Our restaurant is a full-service kitchen, offering a myriad
of catering opportunities and other banquet facilities as well.
The Beastro Snack Bar is located in the Barnyard where you can
purchase snacks and popcorn. |
