Zoo Boo 2012
In response to heightened weather concerns, the Virginia Zoo has moved Zoo Boo to Saturday, Nov. 3.
Family Fun Day will now run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Fright Night will run from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Advance sales tickets will be honored on the new date.
ZooBoo online and phone pre-sale orders ended on Thursday, October 18 at 5:00 p.m. Pre-sale tickets can still be purchased in person at the Zoo Membership Office.
FAMILY FUN DAY
Saturday, Nov. 3, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Members (age 2 and up): $6
Nonmembers (age 2 and up): $11
Children under 2: Free
Guests can visit our animals at their habitats, and there will also be animal pumpkin smashing, costume contests and, of course, trick or treat candy stations.

The Zoo will temporarily close at 3 p.m. and reopen for Fright Night at 6 p.m.
FRIGHT NIGHT

Children under 2: Free
Zoo Boo will take on a more sinister tone, focused on thrilling adults and older children. There will still be costumes and candy, along with a Train of Terror, Haunted Hay Ride and more. It's so scary we have to put the animals inside!

Green Halloween donated many of the treats the Zoo will provide at Zoo Boo, which use sustainable palm oil or are palm oil free, helping protect the natural habitat of orangutans and other threatened species.
